Are you feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed and struggling with your creative practice?

Are your competing demands and responsibilities feeling too much or paralysing?

Join art psychotherapist Jacqui McKoy-Lewens in this warm and supportive creative session, exploring practical approaches to supporting your mental health, emotional and creative needs.

During the workshop you'll be guided to reflect on what you've learnt about yourself and your practice, with a particular focus on the challenges and possibilities brought about by the pandemic, and develop tools for self-care and collective care.

Using a combination of group discussion and creative activity, you'll be supported to set firmer boundaries around your time and your creative energies, and come away with practical strategies for the future.

This event takes place online over Zoom.
