In my interdisciplinary practice, I draw on personal life experience to explore broader issues around the body, what it means to be human, and how to make meaning in today’s world. I'm currently making a collaborative art book about my medical experience with the breast cancer gene mutation (BRCA1). My practice includes creative writing, mixed-media, printmaking, working with archive and medical imagery, and collaborative projects. I received a Masters in Art and Science in 2017. I'm eager to be part of a larger art community engaging medicine through art.
